If you want to change your cross-network settings, you should go to privacy and security options of your Xbox account.

Note that disabling it is not recommended as you will struggle finding any suitable matches, if at all.

The reason is simple, arcade is the most populous game mode. You don’t have any chance of finding RB match with crossplay disabled.
