If there is more than 1vs1 (last enemy vs. 2-3 teammates) you can risk and put one guy as a bait for AAA. Usually (always) AAA focus on first aircraft in range, so other teammates have some time to get him.
If you do not want to risk, leave him and try to win with tickets.
There is not much more you can do. Some Players really want to win the battle, so they will do anything. Tactic is tactic.
