[2023] Can you get ingame banned for thing you said in the chat?

Will you share your in game nickname with us, I can check the reason. "lol China" should not be a reason, so if you can, please help me check this out.

We do not punish for typing "Good luck everyone". Please do not spread such false claims. Feel free to share your in game nickname, I can check the reason of your punishment, so we can discuss it.

Sanctions:

If you violate these rules, the Administration may impose the following sanctions by restricting the use of game chats (“Mute”):

● 1 violation – 2 days of Mute;
● 2 violations – 4 days of Mute;
● 3 violations – 7 days of Mute;
● 4 violations – 15 days of Mute;
● 5 - 9 violations – from 30 up to 120 days of Mute;
● 10 violations – permanent Mute.

As you can see, we do not ban account for breaking chat rules. We simply disable chat for people, who constantly break chat rules.
