[2022] How many ground targets or bases do you have to destroy to grind efficiently???

It all depends on how long you play and how much you do whilst alive. If you destroy a few bases and ground targets etc and fly around attacking other random stuff and enemy aircraft, you will earn more RP. Typically if you destroy, lets say, 2 bases, and then die shortly after, you will not gain much RP.
