I don't think so.

The chassis on the STA1/2 is quite long. Generally good handling in rough terrain (Not nearly so much 'bounce' that you may experience on shorter chassis), but the 'around-town' handling will feel sluggish. Additionally (You may have noticed, maybe not), the gunner optics zoom level on the A1/A2 is high. Very, very high. 8x (low) and 16x (high). Superb for long distance, but for my opinion, too much for distances below ~500m.

Both 61/A3 are on a shorter chassis, have +150 HP. (650, vs 500, approximately the same weight). One is autoloading, 6s vs the ~7-10s for the non-autoloading. Both have 4-8x zoom, much more comfortable at closer ranges.

I've found the former two to be superb at longer-range engagements, and the latter two to be great at mixing things up at close range, especially with the 6s reload.
