We’re working on PvP tuning changes that will be applied to the game with weekly maintenance in each region (August 10 in this region). Here’s what to expect:

Player versus Player

  • Death Knight
    • Rune of the Fallen Crusader no longer has its Strength bonus reduced in PvP situations (was reduced by 33%).
    • Unholy
      • Necrotic Wounds (PvP Talent) debuff duration increased to 15 seconds (was 12 seconds).
  • Hunter
    • Arcane Shot damage increased by 9% in PvP situations.
    • Marksmanship
      • Aimed Shot PvP damage increased by 10% in PvP situations.
  • Monk
    • Mistweaver
      • Mana regeneration reduced by 30% in PvP situations (was 40%).
      • Renewing Mist healing increased by 10% in PvP situations.
      • Vivify healing increased by 10% in PvP situations. Brewmaster and Windwalker Vivify healing unchanged.
  • Warlock
    • Demon Armor (PvP Talent) maximum health bonus increased to 10% (was 5%).
    • Affliction
      • Agony PvP damage increased by 15% in PvP situations.
      • Corruption PvP damage increased by 15% in PvP situations.
      • Siphon Life (Talent) PvP damage increased by 15% in PvP situations.
      • Shadow Bolt damage increased by 10% in PvP situations.

As always, these are subject to further change before they go live, and we’ll have the final adjustments in our hotfixes update soon after they go live.
