@AmeerAlhadi6 Hi Again You can select the Dubai server from the title screen during server selection. However, if enough players in your region cannot be found, the matchmaker may expand the search to other locations to make sure you aren't waiting too long for a match.

@AmeerAlhadi6 Let me check with the team on the Dubai server status. Have you tried running a match on it to see how it runs. It may be a visual issue showing it's having issues getting a reading on the ping exactly. I will check with the team though.

@FlemTtv Thank you for the replication steps. You've seen this screen appear frequently doing this? Also, we noticed the DLC pack issue and are trying to roll out a fix as soon as we can.

@BullFro95159757 Hi Mangle No updates on Customs quite yet, but thank you for the feedback on snipers and pistols. Have you tried the new scopes on the snipers? Many are reporting that it feels better to snipe with them. Might have helped a bit for you as well.

@hsibo1 Hi Hsibo Sorry for the confusion. We have noticed this and have pushed out a hotfix for it. After a restart it should cache the new version and the correct item should take the spot.

@stainedpantsjha Hi Pants We are sorry for the confusion. We had a couple localization issues in the build. If you are on Playstation we pushed out a patch that should have helped that situation as well. If not please let us know. Xbox will have a similar one as soon as we can.

@OnQore Hi Cyber Seasons are usually ~3 months, however the last season was extended due to GWG on Xbox. So the extended time was to allow for that promotion and the work needed to support it.
