Totally a fair question. With bug testing, not all experiences everything the same way. The more samples the more data you can glean. It's the same reason PC games ask players for logs, you can start to get a better picture of what strings are messed up where and why
@DilIyDilIy My apologies Dilly, I'm not on the coding side so I'm not sure on exacts. But, I know they had a good idea for much of it, which led to a good portion of the cases being fixed but still need more samples to investigate the rest.

The articles read a bit weird. Our bad there. Essentially, We had an update on the 9th that got rid of many of the instances behind the scenes that caused the freezes/fps. Not all of of them though and we were hoping to have them all fixed within July. However (cont.)
@oN_PoinTx we have not found them all yet and asked the community for videos so we can have examples to see if we can better glean all possibilities that are causing them. We hope to have more info soon. Sorry for the confusion.

At the moment we are focused on fixing some other pressing issues with the game but after that we can begin to explore the possibility of more servers being added.
