@garretteatkins Hello, we are working on fixes for the freezes issue. The other issues may be related to the matchmaking unable to find a game on your server, it may get better once we fix the other issues of the game.

@BigDonCJ Hello, the freezes are unfortunately an issue everyone is experiencing currently, we are working on fixing it. We might think of creating a UK server if we see that the need there is high.

While I believe this to be the reason for your lag, once we fix them if the problems persist we can further look into the of adding more servers.
