[2020] Genuine question for the devs

I'd like an answer from the developers (although I know they won't respond). The game is clearly released in bad conditions and is almost unplayable, the reasons may be 2: either it has not been absolutely tested before being released (which is absurd), or he was released knowing the conditions he was in, passing him off as a full game and making him pay $ 20 (which is even more serious). I wonder why, since it was a game that nobody expected and no date had been announced, couldn't you wait a few more months and release it in good condition? I am very sorry because I have been waiting for such a console game for a long time and I am sure that this disastrous launch will lose most of the player base that will probably never return
