@cody08714490 Hi Cody If you are on Playstation, most of the community plays casual so its a bit harder to find ranked matches outside of prime time hours. If you are on Xbox, are you experiencing an error?

@Zappa616 Hi Rob Essentially, to make sure players don't wait too too long for a match, after a few the matchmaker will expand the search area/criteria to find games for the player. This is why you'd find yourself after a few minutes with US players etc sometimes.

@tvc_NICE Hi Nice Sorry about that. It's a pretty uncommon glitch. Now that you've restarted you hopefully shouldn't have it happen again. But if you do have it occur again, please let us know.

@FulSinn @tvc_NICE I can't recall if there was a quick method in match to get it to go away, it's been a while since i've last heard it happening. I can check with the team again on it, but it happens so infrequently it might not be easy to replicate and thus fix.
