[2020] How do I get season loot boxes!?

So I've been pkaying for about 2 days.. I'm. Level 10 and have played a couple of ranked matches but mostly casual. I've unlocked a fair few loot boxes but how do I get the season ones? Also side note... Why is there nothing in my store tab! Thanks

Hello, you obtain one regular crate every level and one seasonal crate every 5 levels. Do you happen to have a capture of your store so I can forward it to the devs? I'd also need to know on which platform you play.
