[2021] Foundry Item (Hec Hound) disappeared after claiming from Foundry

You built a Hound component, not a complete Hound.  When you defeat a Sister you get her unique Hound as well as a random part blueprint which will eventually let you build a fully custom one. Visit Legs' shop in Fortuna to preview what other components are required.
