[2020] With the Helminth room update giving us reason to remake ALL old frames, can the ones archived by Simaris have their costs lowered?

Super excited about the new Helminth room that will let us mix and match abilities, and I'm fine with the fact we can't use Primes for components, given primes are easier to get in a lot of cases than their base versions.

But for any of use that have already farmed all the frames once (not looking forward to re-farming Mesa, Harrow, Equinox, Trinity or Ivara) there are a loooooot of Quest frames where their blueprints, or all their parts, were story giveaways, and can only be re-obtained through Simaris.

Those blueprints cost 100,000 standing each and 50,000 for the parts. For more than two dozen components connected to 13 different frames for a total of 1,850,000 standing! For something that has a daily standing cap! (And involves doing an activity that's not a normal part of the gameplay loop.)

To recreate something we already made and mastered!

And that's... a little absurd.

I don't mind refighting an old boss a few times to get Rhino or Frost or Ember parts again, and using up the material costs again, but that is going to be slightly ridiculous. Especially given I've already built the things before!

(Also, really annoyed I just sold my Inaros after getting his prime.)
