[2023] Soma Prime's Incarnon Form does not Build up Hata-Satya Critical Chance [Investigating]

Hi Tenno! As mentioned on Devstream 171 we are working on a fix for the Hata-Satya augment not working on the Soma Prime incarnon form. 

Edit: We are also looking into Latron's Double Tap augment.
