Choose Primary Account not Working

Anybody else unable to link their PC and PSN accounts together? When I go through the process and attempt to choose PC as my primary account, clicking either option doesn't seem to be register or do anything.

Other browsers, or even entirely different devices seem to have no impact on this, and I haven't been able to find anything else about it online. Warframe support has also been taking a minute to get back so I figured I would ask here.

Anybody got any advice or a solution?
