[2020] XB1 Operation: Scarlet Spear: Update 27.3.9 (+ Hotfixes)

4/14/2020: Hotfix #1 is now live!

It has been brought to our attention that players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver cannot access the Scarlet Spear Flotilla, and thus cannot play Operation Scarlet Spear in any capacity.

We’re working on a fix that will allow players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver to play the Operation. This fix will allow players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver to:

1. Play Operation Scarlet Spear
2. Obtain Scarlet Credits by playing either Ground Assault or Murex Raid missions
3. Access Little Duck’s Operation offerings

However, since Victory Payout and Operation Emblems are tied to and require a multiplayer connection (through Xbox Live Gold/Silver) to be tallied and rewarded, players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver will not be able to receive them.

While it’s unfortunate that Victory Payout/Operation Emblems cannot be given, we hope that the overall ability to now participate in Operation Scarlet Spear outweighs this circumstance. We didn’t want players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver to completely miss out on this multiplayer Operation!

Scarlet Spear Fix:

• Fixes towards the UI breaking in Murex Raid due to Host vs Client load times. 

Optimizations:

• Optimized Orbiter performance slightly.

Fixes:

• Fixed the UI for Clients breaking when playing a Survival mission. 
• Fixed The New War cinematic not playing when selected from the The New War Chapters Codex.
• Fixed the Yooka Floof missing from the in game Market.

Hotfix #2 is now live!

Scarlet Spear Fix:

• Fixed the OpLink in the Gear wheel being greyed out when attempting to place if you’re playing with a Xbox Live Silver account or Solo.

Fixes:

• Fixes towards some Earth tileset boundaries that allowed players to escape outside the level.

Hotfix #3 is now live!

Railjack Fix:

• Fixed Tactical Menu not working while Piloting or using side Turrets the Railjack as reported here:  https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1180095-unable-to-open-tactical-menu-while-piloting-railjack-with-controller-investigating/page/2/
