Apparently DE didn’t mean to sell collector packs to people who bought tickets to tennocon..

we issued refunds to the few people who ONLY bought the collectors add-on, and did not have a general admission or VIP ticket. if you received a collectors refund and DID have a GA or VIP please contact the event's eventbrite page and we will rectify!
