You can not cancel the mission vote with "Y" anymore

Hey Tenno! The "Y" keyboard binding canceling a mission vote was intentionally removed in Abyss of Dagath: Update 34, but it was sadly missed from the patch notes. We updated the patch notes to reflect this change:

Removed the "Y" keyboard binding to cancel a mission vote. 

• The binding was rather counterintuitive ("Y" for NO vote) and not entirely intended (as was apparent with the lack of button callout in the UI). Additionally, we want to prevent it negatively affecting how controllers are able to interact with the voting bindings.
