I'm unable to join the Gift of the Lotus mission for the noggle. It doesn't show up at all in the events tab but there is a node for it on Earth.
When I try to join, there's an error message that says "this Operation mission is currently locked. You must unlock it first in order to join a squad."
I already completed the mission for the Liset skin with no issues. I'm on PC.
