I looked into this situation more and found out there was recently a bug affecting the Kogake. A coding error removed the Kogake and associated Affinity from accounts. We launched the fix last week! If the Kogake is part of your inventory and you're still noticing a problem with your Affinity, please contact Support asap: https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
