[2023] Mission failed on very first Whispers mission

Hi folks - do you mind sharing a few more details on what happened here?

If you can remember:

- What exactly was happening before mission fail

- Any details about where you started the Quest (Drifter Camp Orbiter, a Dojo, etc.)

- If you are still experiencing this issue

- Etc.

Thank you! Was it mission failed upon extraction or just randomly in-mission?

Another question for you fine folks: did any of you use Specters in these missions? @Onyx35678 especially in those other missions that failed as well.
