Unfortunately, those changes aren't actually in place. You don't get a system message when you do get banned. Your chat simply stops working but you will not be told why.
She also says that you're able report issues with chat moderation if you feel it is in error. The moderator code of conduct page that she links to tells you to open a ticket with Warframe Support where it will be reviewed by Warframe staff. When you open a support ticket, the staff member that responds will tell you:
"Any kick or ban from a chat channel is only temporary and, or may not, include a notification as to the reason for this action being taken against your account, at the time it was taken. Since these are only temporary actions, we do not get directly involved in resolving them through support."
They refuse to review inappropriate bans.
Were ANY parts of that implemented?
Edit: I guess you have to be a YouTuber who lacks basic human decency to get a response out of DE.
