[2021] Completed a Sister for the weapon, took the blueprint from foundry but didn't get weapon

As per the previous helpful Tenno, it is possible to sell unclaimed Sister weapons directly from the foundry, which according to our logs is what you did. Please read carefully any time the game gives you a warning message!
