Hello NinTenno!
The team has been made aware of a fulfillment issue with the Esteem Pack I where Excalibur's Exalted Blade was not given. This was noticed by accounts who got their first and only Excalibur from this Esteem Pack.
A script is currently being run to rectify this! We will update this post when the script is complete.
