[2023] Kaithe rename costs Platinum, but it doesn't tell you?

So a couple days ago I got enough intrinsics to rename my Kaithe (Duviri Horse) in game.
After naming it, I went back to my orbiter and noticed a few minutes later that 10 or 15 platinum was missing from my Platinum count.
I was so confused as I hadn't done any trades or spent any anywhere.

Fast forward to today, I see in a Discord server that renaming your Kaithe costs 15 Platinum, BUT THE GAME DOESNT TELL YOU!! There's no button or warning anywhere that I saw that says it costs platinum, and there's no pop-up asking "Are you sure you want to spend Platinum?"

Has this been a bug for anyone else? DE please fix this if it's a bug to stop players unwillingly spending platinum without knowing
