[2020] Operation Scarlet Spear: Bug Reporting Megathread (Read First Post!)

When I logged in after the update, I took the option which I think was labeled "review" rather than "next" on the screens describing scarlet spear. After  examining the three quests, my only other labeled option was "Exit". I hit the escape key and dropped out of the presentation.

So, now I haven't really been briefed on what I need to do. So, I go read the update notes and try to visit Little Duck to by an oplink. But there's nothing new in her exotic goods (or any other of her options).

Anyways... I'm not sure what I am supposed to do to progress.

Expected Result: 

I was expecting that I could buy the equipment which the update notes say is required for the operation.

Observed Result:

Maybe I am just stupid and I have overlooked something important?

Once per account I own (which is one account).

You're looking in the wrong location.  Scarlet Spear takes place on a dedicated event relay orbiting Earth. Little Duck is present on the relay, here she has information about the event and the item you need to participate.  If you check your Inbox you should see an email from her about this

You cannot fire the railjack's guns while towing the satellite.  Does this resolve your report? 🙂

• REPRODUCTION: Pretty much all the time. WITH EACH NEW HOTFIX it gets worse. Before I could do one 5 murexes in 15-20 minutes, now I can barely do 1 in twice the time. You are just braking the game even more and taking fun out of it. Nerf whats fun and not fix the game. Why are you trying to kill your game DE?

• OBSERVED RESULT: I explained it all in description, I'm not gonna say it again....

We just deployed something serverside that could be the final fix to the bug here. Watching to see if it gets rid of the issue.

OBSERVED RESULT: In Second run, hit murex completed 100/100 with more than 30 minutes remaining. Doing 5000+ points with ground missions. Received an inbox mail that we failed and no bonus points but with Green Emblem 3

This is the fifth time I have tried this event, after every patch and every single time there has been a significant bug with the rewards. I have not, a single time, after any hotfix, received the full point rewards. This is beyond the pale.

We should have an update on this in the next Hotfix, specifically looking into the wave you participated in with next steps!
