[2019] Down 100k credits off faulty transaction - dismissed by rude support team.

Support did try to assist you in this - to the point of showing you your entire history of purchases for the time frame over several replies.

While I understand you may not be satisfied with their resolution, there is not much a forum post can do for you.

If you feel the need to escalate your issue, please respond to the ticket.
