[2023] Possible Undocumented change: Status duration mods buff

Basically, all status duration mods (Except for Rifle and Melee variant of status duration mods) got buffed to 90%, up from 30%. What makes it even more interesting is that secondary weapons have access to 2 status duration mods (that can be used for every secondary weapons. I'm fully aware that Acrid has a status duration mod that gives 200% status duration + syndicate effet).

Maybe we will see alternative status duration focused builds or status duration focused mods in the future.
