We’ve deployed a small iOS update that addresses a memory leak causing crashes and performance issues, introduces Railjack improvements on mobile, and more.
While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update (learn more about what that means here). Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app.
Fixes
- Fixed a memory leak introduced in the previous hotfix that caused an increase in crash reports and performance issues.
Changes
-
Added back the Plains of Eidolon and Cambion Drift to the Open by Landscapes that can be accessed on low end devices (devices with 3GB RAM).
- When entering these areas, players will see a warning about device performance, but will be able to enter the area at their own discretion. We continue to work on improving the performance for high and low end devices.
-
Added Auto-fire functionality for Railjack Armaments when using touch controls.
- This functions similarly to the Auto-fire already present on Primary & Secondary Weapons, and will provide touch control players a smoother experience with Railjack. We will continue to monitor for Railjack touch control feedback.
-
Added “Invert Tap / Hold Abilities” to the Options > Touch and Options > Controller settings.
- This setting impacts Abilities with multiple functionalities based on a tap or hold.
- Added a lock icon to Warframe Ability UI on Abilities that have yet to be unlocked by Ranking Up the Warframe in use.
Known Issues
- Cannot interact with the Mods in the first column (far left) of the Mods Menu.
