[2022] Am I the only one having the problem of the vulp dying and not coming back?

Do orb mother, archon hunts and even long run is not being viable with vulp, since he dies and revives but at some random moment his death will be definitive, will I have to go back to using djinn? at least with him I never had this problem of him dying permanently and with the reawaken mod
