Wisp second ability causes constant freezing ever since recent hotfixes

Whenever using Wisp's 2 my game freeze which is really jarring this has only started occurring since the recent hotfixes, I've tried reinstalling, drivers, my game turning down graphics but nothing seems to stop it.
