[2024] Please remove "Abbreviated Abilities" from Deep Archimedea

Hello!

We’re actually going to be reducing the multiplier on Abbreviated Abilities so that players will instead lose 50% Ability Duration, not 75%, which will allow you to have more uptime with your Abilities if you select this Personal Modifier.
