I can't see anything In the new Arsenal.(Im Color blind)

We have some adjustments coming in the next Hotfix that'll hopefully improve legibility in the Arsenal. The contrast ratio between text and the UI backing should be more obvious to help distinguish the two. We'll continue to tweak where needed!
