We're investigating an issue that has caused some players to get items they purchased before Koumei & the Five Fates launched twice after the update launched. This only impacts items that were purchased before Koumei & the Five Fates launched, new purchases made on a bound account after Koumei are unaffected. 

While we investigate for a fix, we’ve temporarily paused items that were purchased before Koumei from being sent. Once we have found a solution, we will ensure those items are properly delivered! This does not impact your ability to bind accounts.

We will update this thread to let you know when the items have been sent.
