What is going on with the iOS cross save link not working for weeks? The button said temporarily not available, then back to this but doesn’t work?

Absolutely nothing happens. I clicked it and nothing happens. Was like this last week, then the button changed to temporarily unavailable. Checked again and now the button is there again but pressing it does nothing. Super weird
