Secondly, for most cases, context is everything. Some words are used as a stand alone sign of frustration. Other words have no other purpose but to be a descriptor of something or someone else in a disparaging or attacking way. Those words generally will result in a flush or a kick as normal.
Thirdly, if you ever suspect that a situation is not being moderated correctly, then you should open a support ticket. Accidents do happen (clicking on the wrong name for example) and those rare occasions will be corrected when support investigates.
