Hi Tenno,
Thanks for the post, and sorry that you were not able to get an update on your support ticket. That is because the issue is known and on our team's radar, however it has not been resolved yet. Occasionally reports will be received, and we become aware of the issues because of the ticket (thank you!). But definitive customer support answers cannot be provided as the team has not yet resolved the issue.
Rest assured this bug is on our list to address!
