[2021] Post New War issue?

I completed the New War quest. I have the inbox message from Lotus that gives me Ballas weapon and all the other New War stuff. My mission tasks all have a checkmark next to them. I've completed everything and have the weapons and decorations. But yet when I click on the quest in my codex, there's an option to begin the quest. I dont have the option to change between my operator and drifter. I dont have the option to customize Lotus. I don't have the option to travel to drifters camp.

I also have an issue with Harrow Prime Access. Purchased it about 6 hours ago and still don't have the items and the store page still shows I can purchase the access. Bank shows payment has gone through. My warframe .com account is linked to my warframe account, I've made purchases on there before.

I have submitted a support ticket for both issues, but I've heard how long they take to respond. I just want to know if anyone has dealt with similar issues.
