[2021] PC playing with controller cannot complete quest due to ripline 100% NOT WORKING

Attaching to the Glaive is a "heavy attack". What button did you have this bound to?  I tried switching so that Heavy Attack was on (Y) button, and it showed me the correct button prompt during that section
