I can understand fixing stuff like mods applying twice, but was MfD's AoE having 7m range instead of 5m after the patch a bug too?

I'm sorry, but it seems like they're refusing to accept responsibility for a bad decision.

We get the frustration with the MFD changes, but in reality we learned about MFD and made a directed balancing effort right before parts of the team took some well deserved time off. 

The changes went out yesterday, and we'll be doing another review after this weekend once everyone is back in the swing of things next week!
