We have a fix to prevent this issue from happening in the future! Expect to see that in our next Hotfix. I'll keep you posted here as we look into a way to repair Transporters that are already affected.

The fix has been integrated with Deimos: Arcana: Hotfix 29.5.5:

Your Transporters will remain in place after you rename them! We're continuing to work on a solution for Transporters that were affected before the fix.
