I logged in this morning to finish customizing some frames. logged out to eat food. Got prime access from steam, went to log in again and received a notice saying i have a negative platinum balance and couldnt log in any more. Nothing was refunded or flagged by my bank or steam and it appears to have subtracted the purchased platinum instead of adding it.
Anyone else have this happen before? How did you fix it?
