Hi Tenno, this is not a bug or error but instead a necessary condition of Cross Platform Save as it relates to Nintendo. Platinum purchased on Nintendo Switch cannot leave the Nintendo Switch ecosystem, however, whatever you purchase with the Platinum (excluding TennoGen that is not licensed for iOS) will be available when you're playing on iOS. In other words, any Platinum acquired on the Nintendo Switch can only be spent on the Nintendo Switch version of Warframe. What you buy, mind you, can move across platforms.
