[2021] Hey DE can you not give me one of these every time I kill a sister? Or at least let me delete them (and any other item, while we're at it) from my foundry?

We are working on a way to be able to sell-for-credits directly from this screen (i.e a little Red X to redeem for Credits), no ETA but the progress has begun!
