It might be bugged
You need to void sling with your operator at the moving golden orbs circling her. They protect her from damage.
Unfortunately the hitboxes on the orbs are very small, and the void sling is not very easy or nice to control
And even if you get rid of her orbs, she may still remain invulnerable. Letting her regenerate fully and starting all over again can fix the bug, but it might not. You may have to restart the entire mission.
