Discrepancy in Prime Access pricing?

Booted up Warframe and was looking at the Prime Access prices on Xbox (crossplay and crosssave enabled) when I noticed that the complete pack Pricepoint seems to be $139.99 and includes 3990 plat. When I compared the Prime pack and Accessories pack together though I see them to combine to a total of $129.99 (79.99 and 49.00, respectively). I looked over the contents, which are equal across the packs as in nothing is left out, but the plat from both packs also totals to 3990 (2625 and 1365).

Is this a mistake? Why would the complete pack be $10 more than the prime and Accessories packs together but offer the same content?
