Cant Merge my account :(

Hi. I'm playing Warframe since 2022, I move from PS to PC I tried to connect my account to my steam but I cannot do it. I'm stuck at the point I have to pick which save do I want to use as my mine account. I have two options but website doesn't let me pick either of them. Any ide what's wrong?
