Here are our instructions on how to obtain your game logs[support.warframe.com], for attaching to a support ticket. These logs help us track down exactly what is happening, so we can better find and fix the cause of a bug.

Please note that your game logs persist until you close and re-open the game, so if you are going to report a bug with logs, remember to copy them when you close the game or you may lose them.
