Hey Tenno! We are seeing code redemptions for the TennoCon HP Omen giveaway, but there seem to be issues with the SteelSeries GG giveaway. We are working with SteelSeries on a fix, stay tuned.

You can redeem it at warframe.com/promocode for your Xbox account when you're logged into warframe.com with your Xbox credentials.

You're saying you've tried to redeem it on both your PC and Xbox accounts?
